Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy Overview:
We want you (and your gift recipient) to be completely happy with your [VRLEGEND] belt. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, our process is simple.
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition (including all tags and packaging), and in resellable condition. Please note: Due to the personalized nature of our engraved belts, we can only accept returns or exchanges for engraved items if they are defective, damaged in transit, or if we made an error in the engraving. For non-personalized belts, standard return conditions apply.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required. The item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service."
Non-Returnable Items :
For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
Engraved/personalized belts (unless as specified above
Belts that show signs of wear or use
Belts without original tags or packaging"
Return Process:
"1. Contact Us: Email [order@sz-vrlegend.com] or log into your account within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack Securely: Place the item(s) in their original packaging, inside a shipping box. Include a copy of your order confirmation or RMA form (we'll provide it).
3. Ship It: Send your return package to the address we provide using a trackable service. Keep your tracking number!
*4. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected (usually within 5-7 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item."*
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error.
Exchanges:
"We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or style (subject to availability). If the desired exchange item is a different price, we will process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly. Please follow the standard return process and clearly state your exchange request."
Defective or Incorrect Items:
