Welcome to 【VRLEGEND】! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website 【www.sz-vrlegend.com】 and the purchase of personalized men's belts and related products from us. By accessing or using our Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our Site or place orders.

1. Definitions

"We," "Us," "Our":  (Operating as VRLEGEND).

"You," "Your": The customer/user accessing the Site or purchasing Products.

"Site": Our website at 【https://www.sz-vrlegend.com/】.

"Products": Men's belts, specifically including personalized/bespoke printed belts, and any related accessories offered for sale on the Site.

"Personalization/Printing": The process of adding custom text, logos, or designs to the belt as requested by You during the ordering process.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only formed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as: Product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, suspected fraud, inability to process payment, or issues with Personalization details (e.g., offensive/illegal content). We will notify you if your order is cancelled.

Accuracy of Order (Critical for Printing): YOU are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details, especially the Personalization text/design, belt size, color, and buckle choice. Carefully review all information before submitting your order. We are not liable for errors you make. 

Proofing (Optional but Recommended): For complex custom designs, we may offer a digital proof for your approval before production begins. You must approve the proof within 【X】 days or the order may be delayed/cancelled. Minor variations in color or placement may occur in the final printed product.】

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, Sales Tax) and shipping fees, which will be clearly calculated before checkout.

We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed. If a significant error occurs, we will contact you for instructions before processing.

Payment is due at the time of order placement via our secure payment gateway 【ayPal, Credit Cards】.

4. Personalization & Production

Your Content: You represent and warrant that any text, logo, or design you provide for Personalization:

Is owned by you or you have all necessary rights and permissions to use it.

Does not infringe on any third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, publicity).

Is not illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Our Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse to print any Personalization request we deem inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or violating these Terms. We may contact you to request changes or cancel the order.

Production Time: Standard production time for personalized belts is 【X】 business days from order acceptance/approval of proof (if applicable) before shipping. Non-personalized items may ship faster. Production times are estimates and may vary.

Irrevocable Alteration: Personalization involves permanently altering the Product. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to the bespoke nature of the item. See Cancellation & Returns section.

5. Shipping & Delivery (International Focus)

We ship to 【USA, Canada, EU member states, UK, Australia etc】 using carriers like 【 DHL, FedEx, UPS, National Postal Services】.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. International shipments are subject to customs delays and import duties/taxes which are THE RECIPIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY. 

Gift Shipping: You may provide a separate shipping address (the "Recipient") for gifts. You are responsible for ensuring the Recipient's address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by You.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss or damage to the Products pass to You upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays or loss/damage caused by the carrier after handover. Please inspect packages upon delivery and report damage to the carrier immediately.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Crucial Section - Emphasize Gift & Personalized Aspects)

Standard Returns Policy: Due to the customized and hygienic nature of personalized belts (printed directly on leather/other materials), we generally DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

Non-Personalized Items: Standard, non-personalized belts may be eligible for return within 【X】 days of delivery, unused, in original condition with tags. 

Damaged/Defective Items: If your personalized belt arrives damaged or defective (e.g., manufacturing flaw, incorrect printing not matching approved proof), please contact us within 【X】 days of delivery at 【order@sz-vrlegend.com】 with photos and your order number. We will investigate and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Proof of damage/defect is required.

Sizing Issues: Please use our size chart carefully. We are not responsible for belts ordered in the wrong size. Exchanges for size on personalized items are typically NOT POSSIBLE due to their bespoke nature. 

Gift Returns: If the Recipient of a gift needs to report a damaged/defective personalized belt, they should contact us at 【order@sz-vrlegend.com】 with the order number (or sender's details) and proof. Our standard policy for personalized items applies.

Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 【X】 days. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, text, graphics, designs, software) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Site content without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of the specific content you provide for Personalization. However, by providing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order (printing it on the belt).

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Products "As Is": Products are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site/Products shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific Product(s) giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (like lost profits) even if advised of the possibility.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, major internet outages, customs delays).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hongkong， without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved:

*Option 1 (Recommended for EU/UK):* Through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of 【EU】. 

Option 2 (For US focus): Through binding arbitration administered by 【 American Arbitration Association】 under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, held in 【Washington】. Judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. .

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important. All personal information we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. This includes data collected for order processing, Personalization, and marketing (with consent).

11. Gift Message Service

If you use our "Gift Message" service, you are solely responsible for the content of the message. We are not liable for the content or any consequences arising from it.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised. Changes become effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
